A VERY GOOD book. Printers Device of "Anchora Spei" crest in gilt on front board & gilt titleing "Low Headlam's" above. Some wear to extremities with very slight split at head of spine. NO MARKS to boards. Endpapers ORIGINAL & UNSPLIT. NO FADING to spine and gilt BRIGHT. An interesting work by DH Lawrence, first published under the pseudonym Lawrence H. Davidon in 1921. 354 pages and many extra pages of maps. This edition includes the plate of Boston Harbour on page 271.
