Geo. B. Whitaker, 1825.
Complete in 3 volumes. First English edition, first printing. 8vo. Original publisher's dark green quarter buckram with card boards & paper spine labels [as issued]. A very good set. Boards have edgewear with some nicking to spine tips. Paper spine labels toned with some chipping to label on vol i. Internally complete with some occasional foxing. Old ink surname to vol iii only. Hinges tight and firm on vol i & ii with a little shakiness to vol iii where the binders ties are showing at the front hinge. Rare in any first edition format but even more so in original publishers boards.
